Freedom from Anxiety: Holding Our Anxiety with Mindfulness sponsored by Adelphi Mindfulness Center
Learning how to hold our anxiety with mindfulness allows us to offer love and compassion to ourselves when we are experiencing anxiety. Freedom doesn't come from the complete elimination of anxiety, it comes from shifting our relationship and response. When we can touch our anxiety with mindfulness we can feel the peace and calmness that arises when the energy of mindfulness surrounds an emotion. Freedom is available in the present moment if we learn how to breathe and live mindfully.
