Healing Collective Trauma & Caring for One Another

Healing Collective Trauma & Caring for One Another Hosted by Tricycle’s Living Well in Difficult Times

Perspectives on Buddhism and Human Flourishing series

Collectively, humanity is facing large-scale global challenges, and we are each being faced with decisions that no generation before us has ever had to make. Facing these challenges will require that we come together and learn to work together in ways that we never have before. There will be a dharma talk and guided meditation practice for embracing our interconnectedness as a foundation for social engagement and healing collective trauma. By sharing insights from my own journey weaving contemplative practice with social justice, and guidance for tapping into your own unique capacity to respond to the collective challenges we face.

Wednesday, October 26, 7-8 p.m. ET online For more info and to register here.
